1. Know your Eligibility
Warranty applies only to selected Dulux products purchased from authorised dealers.
2. Know Registration Process
Must be completed digitally within the specified time from purchase with valid invoice and product details.
3. Know your Coverage
Warranty protects against paint defects like cracking and peeling; excludes structural issues or improper application.
4. Know Claim Process
Submit photographs and details digitally; Dulux may arrange a site inspection if required.
5. Know your Resolution
Verified claims are fulfilled with replacement paint vouchers; labour costs are not included.

  • Dulux SuperClean Range: SuperClean 3 in 1, SuperClean

2. What parameters are covered under Dulux Assurance Warranty Program?

The warranty applies to three key quality issues:

  • Film Integrity: Peeling, cracking, or detachment of the paint film (not due to plaster defects or structural issues).
  • Colour Retention/Shade Fading: Excessive or uneven fading and discoloration.
  • Fungus/Algae Growth: Growth of microorganisms that discolor the paint surface, over an area of at least 1 sq. m. (10 sq. ft.) at a stretch.
3. How can a consumer register for Dulux Assurance?

Registration is mandatory and must be done within 30 days of purchase. You can register through:

  • WhatsApp: Message 'Hi' to +91-8588886500
  • Website: Visit dulux.in → click on 'Dulux Assurance' and follow instructions
  • Messenger: Message 'Hi' to Dulux India’s official account on Facebook Messenger
4. What details are required for registration?

Consumers need to provide:

  • Name, contact details, and site address
  • Invoice number, purchase date, and retailer’s details
  • Quantity purchased of paint (top coat) and primer (base coat)
  • Soft copy of invoices for both primer and topcoat
5. How will the consumer know if registration is successful?

Once documents are verified, a Warranty Certificate will be issued within 14 working days. It will be sent via email or WhatsApp to the contact details provided during registration.

6. How can a consumer raise a complaint and how long does it take to resolve?

Complaints can be raised using the Warranty Registration number via WhatsApp, dulux.in, or Messenger. You must upload photos of the affected area and invoice details.

  • Normal complaints are resolved within 14 working days.
  • In some cases, a site visit may be required, which could extend the resolution timeline.
7. When is a claim valid under the Dulux Assurance?

A claim is valid only if:

  • The product and site is registered under the Dulux Assurance Program
  • The surface preparation process is as per the site instructions recommended for the selected product
  • The description and photos of the issue tally the complaint raised by the consumer
